    Africa.

    and post-sales technical support for the deployment
    of a 200-node frame relay network in Europe.
  • Veterans Administration Medical Center
    (Washington, DC) - Installed hospital-wide fiber
    optic network supporting a distribution network to
    accommodate voice/data communications, along
    with a state-of-the-art imaging system.
  • American Petroleum Institute (API)
    (Washington, DC) - Provide on-site management,
    supervision, supplies, tools, test and diagnostic
    equipment to perform voice and data
    communications network support on various LAN
    and Telephone implementation projects.
  • Department of Health and Human Services
    (DHHS) (Washington, DC): Supported unified
    messaging systems, including application support,
    training and services. Provided pre and post-sales
    technical support for CTI solutions involving call
    management, Desktop, IVR, fax mail and fax text
    database applications for government and
    commercial clients. This included managing client
    expectations and coordination of vendor/carrier
    services for various voice switching environments
